BACKGROUND: Built by the Germans during Nazi Reign, he was programmed in all his skills and abilities. He was the real "Weapon X" the Germans were building that would wipe out all impurities in the world. When he tried to assassinate Hitler for being an "Impure Jew" he was deactivated and locked away.

In 1993 Michael Wu discovered him while visiting Germany on a field trip. Michael re-programmed him to fight against oppression and prejudice.
