U R Not Normal is an organization dedicated to the destruction of all Mutants and Mutates. They'll even go so far as to attack Normal Humans if they conspire with Mutants or Mutates or in some way are an obsticle to thier cause.
This organization outright attacks any mutants they come accross. They even advertise on television and radio, and they have a web page on the internet.
If you call them and tell them you have a mutant problem, they'll be there in a matter of minutes because they have stations all over the place, and are often refered to as the "Mutant Police."
