BACKGROUND: Unlike history will tell you, Dracula was not the first Vampire, Necromancer was. He kept his vampirism secret for thousands of years to prevent himself from being hunted. He came across the man now better known as Dracula right after his wife was killed while he was off fighting for his God. Necromancer told him he could take away the pain and when the man agreed, Necromancer turned him into a vampire and Count Dracula was born.
When Dracula became known and was staring to be hunted. Necromancer spread the information about how to kill him and what would hurt him. These methods only worked on Dracula, and any other vampires that were former Christians. The vampires that were never Christian will not be hurt but holy items, nor are they forbidden to step foot on holy ground. The only method known that can kill a non-christian vampire is the chopping off of its head.
